Dave and Miss Shipek. How did two California natives from San Diego and the San Fernando Valley end up in Bondurant, Wyoming? Simply, a love of the mountains. Dave arrived in the Jackson Hole area in 1998 after spending time in Arizona and Hawaii. He acquired a degree in anthropology from North Arizona University and worked in the Forest Service and as a Department of Defense Firefighter before attending the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and launching his career in the culinary arts.
