2009:The Year of the Body. Burn Baby Burn (04/04/09 - 07/03/09). Monday, June 29, 2009. I can still make the 15,000 minutes for the year and I won't have to exercise for an hour a day! Today, I went walking for an hour. When I got on the computer this morning, I proudly punched in 60 minutes for today and 180 minutes for the 4 walks (I did more) that I did in the last month.
