I consistently fell short of my daily zone block prescription, from 3 blocks a day and even 8 blocks some days. An average of 65% of my carb. intake was "unfavorable," fruit juice, bananas, low carb tortillas, and yogurt for instance. Go through as many times as you see fit. 30-second cumulative overhead hold 40lb dumbbells (you should have to break this a few times in the middle of the wod). Oh yes, breakage did happen. 3 rounds 6 burpees. The scaring the folks at the Marriott gym, that was just lagniappe. Long day, didn't get this yesterday due to a belated anniversary dinner. 10 good mornings 25# plate to chest. 5 unloaded push press. 1:00 barbell tricep mash. 1:00 Lacrosse ball in traps. Find a 3 rep max Shoulder press. Then EMOM for 6 minutes 2 reps @105#. Okay, 3x110. I probably should have tried for 115 right off, since that was 2x then fail. Teams of 3, each person at a station:. 3:00 row for calories. So basically 3 minutes on, 6 off. it still blew. With a running clock, run 10 meters in minute one, 20 meters in minute 2, etc. until you can't complete a round. Was just to the 15th lap? When time ran out.
