That's where these bars come in. i like to think of them as grab-and-go oatmeal. they have all the basic ingredients - oatmeal, maple syrup, assorted nuts - but are much easier to eat in the car while simultaneously tying my shoes and driving. i used smitten kitchen's recipe. So, it all started last weekend, when I worked two days straight at Historic Columbia, giving tours for the very first time, and we were so busy that I didn't sit down once, which meant 9pm nights for me on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (lame!
