小さく切った野菜（玉ねぎ、セロリ、人参）と肉を炒め、トマト缶とハーブを入れて煮込みました。ミートソースと言いつつ、半分くらい野菜かな。スパゲティがなかったので、全粒粉のペンネで。 20年ぶりに食べるミートソースなので（最近20年ぶりに食べるものが多い！）正確な評価はできないけど、かなりおいしくできた！ 今日は仕事がなかったので、庭掃除をしました。秋に掃除しきれていなかった落ち葉や枝が雪の下から出てきていて、集めてみるとけっこうな量になりました。今のところ庭ゴミ用の紙袋7つ詰めました。今週末から市の庭ゴミ用コンポストが使えるようになるので、明日もうちょっと詰めて土曜日にPに捨てに行ってもらわなければ。 おかずは昨日の残りのコロッケとケールの胡麻マヨポン酢和え。朝はご飯を炊いて、オレンジを切っておしまいですが、これでもいつもよりずいぶん時間かかりました。サンドイッチだったら3分くらいでできるのよー（笑）。 プールサイドで見ていると暑いので、私も飛び込みたかったです。実は私はあまり泳げないのだけど、今度一緒に泳ぎに行ってみようかな。 肉を食べ始めて一ヶ月くらい。今のところチキンがいちばん多くて&...
