BUCS Wild Water Race 2014/15. Organised by the Friends of Durham Uni Canoe Club. Perhaps the most important page of the website! The theme of this year's Saturday night party is Castles and Fairytales. We will be running our own bar with fantastic low prices on lager, real ale, bottles and 'girly drinks'! A bottle bar will also be open on Friday evening when you arrive and again on Saturday evening for a cheeky drink with your dinner (see below). Confirmed 2014 BUCS WWR Supporters.

BUCS Wild Water Race 2014/15. Organised by the Friends of Durham Uni Canoe Club. This year (as last year) we are using Thornthwaite Scout Campsite for the camping and party, and paddling the river Washburn. But below are some specifics that you need to know about. If you capsize then you can get back in your boat and continue. We don't mind if you have help to get back in, but you must be in the same boat as you started in, and you must be in it with your head above the water when you cross the finish line.
