Found hollandaise sauce online and tweeked it. Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes: about 3/4 cup. 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (I would only use 1 tbsp since it seems to make it over lemony.). 1/4 tsp. salt.
