Fun Things to do. Fun and Interesting Things to do. Interested in attending a council meeting? Meetings are scheduled on the second Monday of every month, 7:30pm at the Municipal Building. Should those meetings fall on a holiday Monday, then the meeting will be moved to the Tuesday. To learn more about our Community School. Copies of the Municipal By-laws are available at the Village office. Questions regarding the by-laws should be directed to the Village clerk through the Village office.

Long before Europeans arrived in Cambridge-Narrows, the first peoples were using the Washademoak Lake as a major trade route between the Bay of Fundy and the St. John river. They fished the generous waters and hunted in the rich forests. The lake was well known to the natives as its southeastern shore (near Crafts Cove) provided chert, a stone used in toolmaking.
