Another tradition we have is grandma's cookie day with grandma sue. every year we spend an afternoon with grandma sue eating pizza and making cookies (or a really big mess! But we all have a really good time. Even carter decorated a cookie this year. Which he immediately ate and used to frost grandma's house! And when all is said and done, there is the friendly throw down, poor jake! Monday, December 29, 2008. Christmas eve at grandma sue's. Chandler and sylus are best buds!

Wednesday, December 14, 2011. And then there were twenty-three. This is my mom and dad. This is what happened after just a few short years of marriage. And a few more years. And finally, thirty years later, this is what they got for all that hard work! And they've never been happier! This year mom and dad gave us our christmas present early, aunt meggie and her son cody came home for a much needed visit! Of course we had to sneak in a rogers' family picture as well. And who could resist this face?

Monday, November 2, 2009. This year isabel decided to be a bride after she and grandma bonnie found this dress that could not be passed up. she wore a tiara to school but people were mistaking her for a princess, heaven forbid, so we decided to opt for a flower instead. Although i grew up in american fork this was my first time up to the cave. it was fun to share the experience with my kids but as i was huffing and puffing my way up the mountain i mentioned that once every thirty one years sounds pretty good to me. i haven't changed my mind yet ;). Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Ast week desiree was able to attend girls' camp with our ward. as always she had a blast! She made lots of new friends and spent hours making silly faces at her camera, here are just a few of them :).
