Yes, yet again. 星期一, 8月 24, 2009. 水井茶堂，原是老闆遠離塵囂開的店，店名取自台語發音水與客語發音靚，簡短兩字道出此地的地靈人傑。 北埔水井茶堂的茶，是我沒喝過的客家茶，特殊的水井茶，是冷水冷泡的茶，比膨風茶還要有甘美的味道，有獨特的水果花蜜香，因為是茶放在冰箱幾小時的結果。 來自非洲的耶家雪夫豆，泡出的咖啡有果香，沒有酸味，陣陣回甘感，真是令人愛不釋手。 耶家雪夫豆為衣索比亞產地優質的咖啡豆，帶著明亮的柑橘香和檸檬的果酸味，穩定的烘焙手法，入口後有如水果茶酸甘的滋味，停駐在口中。 不僅豆本身重要，據說此豆也需要高超烘培技術，才能完整帶出果香，否則只是破壞掉原本咖啡豆那3%的甘美度。 週末下午悠閒的茶與咖啡，配本好書，真的很棒！ 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom).
