Thursday, July 30, 2015. Life post wedding was exhausting and extremely stressful at work. So I have been late-coming with the thank you cards. I am not good at writing or talking to people. So instead of having to write the same generic BS message over and over again I decided to take a different approach with the cards. I bought a few quick pretty packs of thank-you cards from amazon. Then wrote a quick "Thank you! Some other fun photos we took:. Zelda and Link amiibos which were our cake toppers.

Monday, August 3, 2015. Here are our rings! They are a bit. non-traditional. The 'engagement' rings are D20 spinner rings. Because we both share a passion for Dungeons and Dragons and tabletop gaming. Our wedding bands are Legend of Zelda song rings. Meaning they are an ocarina song from the LoZ: Ocarina of Time, in particular the Song of Storms. The inside of mine is engraved 'Wisdom', his is 'Courage', I will let you figure that one out. Fun fact: J's ring diameter is three inches!

Thursday, August 6, 2015. The extra benefit of dying my hair rainbow for the wedding - I now have a large quantity of lots of colors! This week I went with Purple - Blue - Orange! Monday, August 3, 2015. The Reception: A Timeline with Pictures. We arrived at the beautiful Castle Unicorn at 1pm. Arriving early allowed us to set up the centerpieces, get dressed, and do copious amounts of drinking/jelloshots! The wonderful Scarlett Crews. Our photographer, arrived later in the afternoon. Saturday, July 4, 2015. My Absurdly Nerdy Wedding. After trapping J in a 30-year-mortgage and being all but married in name, I decided it was time that I make a proper woman out of me and get properly wedded. I find that emotions in public to be incredibly distasteful. So for the actual ceremony we did a nice tiny judge ceremony at the local courthouse, with our mothers as our witnesses.
