Tuesday, October 13, 2009. One my favorite recipes. A dish i never get tired of making is pasta. Even though calorie-wish a cream sauce is not that recommended but this is an exception. Whenever i cook pasta, if i'm not making the noodles fresh i buy them fresh from the grocery store in the cold section. Nothing hugs the sauce better than fresh pasta noodle. Ive been cooking since I was about 8 years, like literally lol.And ever since then on I starting creating things here and there. At family gatherings me and my aunt used to have dessert battles and things like that! So I visited a few culinary school and then agreed to enroll at the Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Ca. One of my most memorable events in my life, I had so much fun!
