chicchicbaby: what have i been up to
http://chicchicbaby.blogspot.com/2010/12/what-have-i-been-up-to.html
A space for me, my chic chic babies and my hobbies. Monday, 13 December 2010. What have i been up to. Planning to make some money, that's what I've been up to. Lol. I feel bad not contributing to the household income. I feel bad buying another bag, even though it only costs $69. I feel bad for spending over a hundred on colouring my hair. I know I should not feel that way but I just cannot help it. If I am not contributing, I better not do more harm by splurging on unnecessary. View my complete profile.
chicchicbaby: Let's stretch our limbs and climb!
http://chicchicbaby.blogspot.com/2011/05/lets-stretch-our-limbs-and-climb.html
A space for me, my chic chic babies and my hobbies. Wednesday, 4 May 2011. Let's stretch our limbs and climb! We've decided that our kids spent too much time indoor playing with electronic gadgets that they have probably forgotten how to run freely, so it's about time to pack them off for some outdoor challenge. I have heard of the HSBC Treetop. So why waste the day visiting other shops, I have very much enough of shops, thank you! How often do we get to see so much greenery? We were literally walking on...
chicchicbaby: my sporty side
http://chicchicbaby.blogspot.com/2009/11/my-sporty-side.html
A space for me, my chic chic babies and my hobbies. Wednesday, 25 November 2009. I do play sports, though not much. Actually, the only thing I do right now is golfing. That hardly is any strenuous sports, all you need is to hit the ball and continue your journey on the buggy. Very suitable for lazy bums like me. I hope this continues, and hopefully, the hubby of my BFF will get to witness my another breakthrough next week :p. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
chicchicbaby: famous fruit pastry
http://chicchicbaby.blogspot.com/2010/12/famous-fruit-pastry.html
A space for me, my chic chic babies and my hobbies. Monday, 13 December 2010. We made these for Teacher's Day back in September. I'm not one who remembers dates well and in addition to my ability to procrastinate, we panicked at the very last moment before we left for T's piano lesson. I know presenting a gift to your teachers on Teacher's Day is not rule but still, it is nice to show your appreciation with something, be it big or small. You can hop over to HHB's blog for the recipe.
chicchicbaby: twin poncho
http://chicchicbaby.blogspot.com/2009/11/twin-poncho.html
A space for me, my chic chic babies and my hobbies. Sunday, 15 November 2009. Ponchos almost do not appeal to me because it always reminds me of Mexicans and it seems unwearable here. But I have been seeing ponchos on sale in the stores lately and somehow, this is a non triangular design and hence not so poncho-ish looking. Its fun to make mom and babe pair, I think I'm going to make something for H and myself soon. Pattern: ISBN - 978-4529046060. Yarn: Bendigo Mills 8ply. View my complete profile.

From My Kitchen: Easy Apple Galette
http://quickneasytreats.blogspot.com/2014/09/easy-apple-galette.html
Friday, September 12, 2014. I had a bunch of apples at home and running out of fridge space to keep them. Ended up making this easy apple galette to get rid of some of them. Other than the pastry that needs a recipe, the filling is simply by estimation. I used flan pastry for this galette because it is the easiest and less fragile. Flan Pastry (adapted from Michel Roux Pastry). 250g pastry flour (original using plain flour). 125g butter, diced and slightly soften. 1 tsp caster sugar. 1/2 tsp fine salt.

From My Kitchen: Soya Chicken my style
http://quickneasytreats.blogspot.com/2015/03/soya-chicken-my-style.html
Saturday, March 28, 2015. Soya Chicken my style. This is one of my kids favourite dish, easy soya chicken. I cook this dish almost every week. Very easy to prepare and cook and extremely kid friendly. The recipe is based on estimates. Adjust the sauce to your liking. If you don't want it sweet, use regular black soya. I prefer kicap manis. Some like to add cornflour to thicken the sauce but i like mine without. You can add if you like. 1 whole chicken (about 1.2kg cut into pieces). 7 Add pepper to taste.

Wednesday, January 31, 2007. In 2 weeks' time, we will be on Costa Blanca in Benidorm, Spain, soaking up some much-needed sunshine. I can hardly wait! The Dutchess of Cookalot whipped this up at. Links to this post. Tuesday, January 30, 2007. I've always likened the Italian pesto with our Peranakan or Malay rempah. The principle is the same even if the ingredients are not. In both cases, one can employ the old-fashioned way of using a pestle or one can cheat using the blender. And here is the recipe:.
