Chik-uh n dik-shuh n]. Unintelligle bird-like utterances…about urban farming, living in the desert, and the occasional ramble. 26 September, 2012. As a rule, chickens are skeptics. Here, one of the new chickens very tentatively checks out her new home. She is right to be skeptical – later that night I ate one of her very distant cousins at a local eatery all crispy and fried. She was delicious. But this one pictured is for egg making. Which will also be delicious. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
