jj's travels: January 2010
http://jjstravels.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 18, 2010. Easton and the Crayola Factory (and Canal Museum). In this unlikely place is a fun and unique destination for kids, the Crayola Factory. And the attached Canal Museum. I can’t say there is a lot to learn at Crayola, certainly not compared to the nearby Davinci. For lunch, there is a McDonalds on the premises and a Subway nearby. For more adult food we went to the River Grill. About a block away. They get a lot of Crayola Factory visitors and were very accommodating to kids.

Musings and Trappings from a Lancaster County Chef. Tuesday, December 20, 2011. A Lancaster Old Fashoined Christmas. I know. it sounds like a cliche."A good old fashioned Christmas" However, as I sit here and look at the decorated house, the Christmas cookies that have been enjoyed, and the Lights that sparkle, I am reminded that I have set up memories for my children. Musings and Trappings from a Lancaster County Chef. Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Your Innkeeper has become The Grinch? NOT A FAN OF SANTA CLAUS! Has Carl Become the Grinch and Crossed the Holidays off his Calendar This Year? The holidays are coming and you can't convince me that I'm gonna enjoy it.
