Welcome to the Woodruffs. Wes, Shannon and Jack. Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Yesterday, at about 1:30, we found out that are dossier was completed and that we have been officially waitlisted. Currently, the average wait time for a single child age 0-12 months is 9 months. It could be longer than that or it could be shorter, but iether way, it's a step in the right direction.
