udadvclay: better late than never?
http://udadvclay.blogspot.com/2008/11/better-late-than-never.html
Saturday, November 29, 2008. Better late than never? Over the summer I saw a Tom Friedman show this summer in London, and I had never seen his work before, and never got a chance to talk about it much.(and i felt a sort of connection during the Franz West show). Http:/ www.gagosian.com/exhibitions/britannia-street-2008-05-tom-friedman/. Friedman made these crisply constructed sculptures, but it was again a building up, massing of material. what are we balancing inside? GOOD TASTE-you go homie.

udadvclay: sorry for the late post
http://udadvclay.blogspot.com/2008/11/sorry-for-late-post.html
Sunday, November 30, 2008. Sorry for the late post. So when I went to NYC Priscilla took us to this awesome gallery called Bonni Benrubi. They were showing a camera obscura collection by Abelardo Morell. His images are SO AWESOME in person. This gallery really likes to use light boxes for its images which I think is fantastic. This is an example of what a camera obscura does. Check out the site for yourself! Http:/ www.bonnibenrubi.com. Http:/ www.camilleseaman.com. December 4, 2008 at 11:58 AM. So i wen...

Sunday, November 30, 2008. I just think its really interesting to use a material that is normally used for roads and sidewalks and make it into art and make it special and unique. i like how he changes the context in which the materials are existing in. i love the use of glass as an object not just something to see through! Its pretty and green and smooth. I also really liked this work by claudia Torres-Guillemard. its pretty exciting. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Whitney museum of american art.

Tuesday, December 11, 2007. For John, in transit. Obviously being in VC has informed your work, however the freedom that not being in VC has allowed you, to my mind, a much richer oppurtunity to develop. Take that, Ray Nichols. I envy how fluid your process is and will try to emulate that in my own work. Thanks for the lesson, my man. Since your work is so "found". Http:/ www.squareamerica.com/. God God. GOD GOD! So the major thing that I want to focus on this semester is the question, "What does God look like? Here is a good article that I found that really demonstrates my concept of God:.
