Langdoness: Our Black Swallowtail
http://langdoness.blogspot.com/2010/07/our-black-swallowtail.html
Female Langdon, by marriage. Thursday, July 22, 2010. Today we discovered a big green caterpillar in our parsley plant. Bryan researched it and we're pretty sure our visitor is a caterpillar of a black swallowtail butterfly. A few days ago, Bryan had noticed these yellow eggs on the parsley, but didn't know what they were. Yea for life in Brooklyn! Here are some of our tasty tomatoes. Yum yum. Langdoness: July 2009
http://langdoness.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Female Langdon, by marriage. Saturday, July 25, 2009. Fair Brooklyn, Fair Claire. Today, we strolled through the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. Everything is beautiful in Brooklyn. Last weekend, my brother Jonathan, his wife Lara, and their 4 1/2 month old daughter Claire stopped in on their way home to North Carolina from their vacation in Maine. They were all nursing colds from the chilly temperatures in Maine- even Claire was sporting her first fever! Saturday, July 18, 2009. Storm Clouds and Baseball.

Langdoness: Simple and Serene
http://langdoness.blogspot.com/2010/08/simple-and-serene.html
Female Langdon, by marriage. Sunday, August 29, 2010. A few weekends ago, we went to Real America for a three day weekend. We canoed at Ricketts Glen, made dinner by campfire, played legos and read books with the boys, and we celebrated my birthday, too, which was really nice. Kevin and Megan and the boys are settling back in Pennsylvania. It is really great to have them closer again. Bryan jumping into the gorge! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Langdoness: Trees Broken in Brooklyn
http://langdoness.blogspot.com/2010/09/trees-broken-in-brooklyn.html
Female Langdon, by marriage. Sunday, September 19, 2010. Trees Broken in Brooklyn. Thursday night super high winds, now officially classified as a tornado, tore through Brooklyn. Bryan and I and our garden are all safe, though the garden was pretty roughed up. The storm blew through in 20 minutes and left a lot of downed trees in its path. We took a walk that evening to assess the damage. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Trees Broken in Brooklyn. One Step at a Time.
