Die 2014 gegründete Friedensinitiative CLASSIC FOR PEACE (CFP) richtet sich an Musiker und Musikfreunde, die sich für eine Welt ohne Hass und Aggression einsetzten. Die grenzüberschreitende Kultur-Projekte von CFP sind musikalische Friedensbotschafter. Und leisten einen Beitrag zur Völkerverständigung, ohne politisch zu sein. Gerade jetzt ist es wichtig, auch musikalisch Zeichen zu setzen: Zeichen für den Frieden, für die Verständigung, für die Gemeinschaft. Und auf das künstlerische Niveau.
