Make Me Your Coach. Tuesday, September 2, 2014. Spartan Race Trifecta Heat Ohio 2014. WHAT DID I JUST DO! What’s a trifecta? Spartan Races have 4 levels of runs. Sprint (3 Miles with 15 Obstacles), Super (8 Miles with 20 Obstacles), Beast (12 Miles with 25 Obstacles), and ULTRA BEAST (26 Miles). I have already completed a Sprint and Super and have a Beast scheduled for September 20. To challenge myself again with the Trifecta Heat! So what is the Trifecta Heat? How will I prepare myself until I heal up?

That I just recently completed and added more veggies and chicken to it. I will be attempting to get most of my carbs from vegetables now.
