Busy Bees Are We. Buzzing with Life, Love and Laughter. Thursday, January 15, 2015. This Might Just Be The One! This second semester is starting off well so far. I'm a little shocked and keep looking over my shoulder to see if a train is coming to wreck it all! I shouldn't feel that way though. I'm all prayed up about it and know that is the ONLY reason it's going smoothly. That and the fact that I have got to get my head out of the dirt and focus. A perfect planner for this homeschooling mama of four!

I love hearing the oldest talk to the younger ones about her experiences in classes that she takes on Wednesday. Especially the funny stories. I'm hearing the brood laugh at each other while they eat lunch. It's all worth it, whatever it is. I wonder how I would do as an Virtual Administrative Assistant? Why is the picky eater picky? Wonder what King Bee wants for dinner tonight?

Busy Bees Are We. Buzzing with Life, Love and Laughter. 1 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained. 1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained. 1 cup Monterrey jack cheese, shredded. 1/8 tsp garlic powder. Pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix all ingredients together and bake in lightly greased 9 x 13" baking dish at 350 for 20-30 minutes. 6 oz frozen lemonade. 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. Juice of 1 lemon. Zest from one lemon, grated. 1-1/2 Containers of whipped topping, thawed if frozen.
