https://cooking-nook.livejournal.com/27926.html
Gadgets and Appliances Recs. November 7th, 2006. 05:21 pm - Chutney, anyone? I've got it in my head that I can make homemade chutney. but it's not coming out well. It's too soupy - won't thicken up. Anyone have any suggestions? November 7th, 2006 11:11 pm (UTC). Fruit pectin, if you can get your hands on some! Hell, otherwise I'd just dump in some jam. November 8th, 2006 12:03 am (UTC). Here's my mainstay. Never came out soupy. 5 pounds of tart apples. 4 oz of raisins. 1 pint of cider vinegar.

Sunday, March 18, 2012. This is another simple dish to cook. Gadgets and Appliances Recs. March 4th, 2009. 09:42 am - Accidental sweet and sour chicken. So, end of pay period, trying not to go shopping til next paycheck. it's not that I couldn't, but sometimes it's prudent to pull out some of the staples and just use them, since, heck, that's why they're staples. Started looking at what I might do for dinner tonight, and decided to try my hand at a pineapple chicken dish. I stuck in my fork to taste it. 'hmm,' I thought. 'Sweet and sour chicken'. Side note: it's n...

What makes animal fat, engine grease and margarine thick and cooking oil thin? Not sure about that either. -)What makes animal fat, engine grease and margarine thick and cooking oil thin? It has mostly to do with the length of the carbon chain. Can I tan outside with any cooking oil? Or is olive oil better than vegitable oil?
cooking oil
Thursday, January 7, 2010. I have a very basic question about cooking oil. For cooking one time meal of 2-3 people, typically we use around 2 spoons of cooking oil. And, I know that which oil should be used, is quite a topic of discussion. I don't understand that are those 2 innocent spoons of (any) oil can affect us so much? I mean, to me, it seems that 2 spoons of even the most unhealthy oil may not affect us much? Please correct me, if I am wrong. Everybody is fat-conscious these days. Http:/ www....
