In the Kitchen with Bertie. What to do with all that zucchini? It is a busy, exciting week for my family. My niece is getting married Saturday, and we have out of town guests arriving later in the week. I spent my morning making muffins so my sister-in-laws family wouldn’t have to worry about breakfast for the days they are here. Made one batch of pumpkin chip muffins, (or muffin punkins as a friend’s son used to call them! If you like lemon, these muffins are amazing! I would love to know if you try it!
