Recipe of the month. Now learn how to cater like a pro! July 1, 2012. 500 gm sirloin steak cubed. 2 onions, sliced. 2 cups beef stock. 1 tin chopped tomato. 1 tbs tomato paste. Salt and pepper to taste. 3 tbs sour cream. Coat steak well with flour and paprika mixed together. Add oil to a frying pan and heat over medium high heat. Fry steak in batches until well browned. Place in a casserole, add remaining ingredients and bake for 1 to 2 hours until cooked. Traditional beef goulash ”.
