Thursday, October 30, 2014. August was a really busy month for the Lind family. We were still in DC and living it up. The missionaries were some of our good friends and we helped celebrate one their birthdays. We bought a pair of clippers and I learned how to cut Taylor's hair. It was quite the adventure and Taylor was more than patient with me. We sat in front of a mirror and he coached me through the whole thing. Maybe because I had been without a blender all throughout college, but I had forgotten about all the perks of having one and it wasn't on the top of the list for my new kitchen. Monday, April 28, 2014. After the painting extravaganza, I headed up to Alaska with my parents for a true adventure! It was such a blast! We were able to do so much and Alaska is truly incredible. Never have I seen such huge landscapes and such beautiful mountains. Yes, Alaska is part of the United States but it truly has it's own culture and is a very different experience up there. We had so much fun spending time with friends and family. The month kicked off with a Sarager (my mom's extended family) Family Reunion at Tober over the 4th of July weekend.
