Wednesday, October 20, 2010. A few of you have asked what exactly this diet is that I'm doing. Yes, it's the HCG diet. It works great, and I highly recommend it! Today is day 12 being on the diet and so far I have lost 10 lbs! It feels so good to finally get some weight off and hopefully I will be able to meet my goals. Once I'm off the diet and back from the cruise (yayy! I've decided I'm going to get a personal trainer so I can tone up and really look good! Sunday, October 17, 2010. I met a camel!
