Getting Here - Cottonwoodapril2013. From Sydney (total driving time = approximately 5 hours). Take the Hume Highway from Sydney, then follow the Federal Highway to Canberra. As you approach Canberra, you can take a well sign-posted bypass route to Cooma if you do not wish to drive through Canberra. Follow the Cooma signs to the Monaro Highway which will take you to Cooma, approximately an hour south of Canberra. From Melbourne (via the Alpine Way, 7 - 9 hours). Back to main menu.
