What are my goals? 1 Say goodbye to the 200's. 2 Fit into size 12 clothing. 3 Do a pull up. 4 Do a real push-up. 5 Run a 5k with out stopping. 6 Reach my goal weight of 145 (I'm aiming for 180 at the moment as a happy spot to start birthin' babies! 7 Reach euthyroid land. How am I doing it? 1 C25k (take 6 trillion). 2 Yoga (via Netflix on Wii). 4 Swimming (92 degree water is FABULOUS for swimming. No joke! 5 Pilates (via Netflix on Wii).

I've gotten in the bad habit of weighing myself most days. It's CRAZY. How my weight fluctuates! But Ya know what . . . the title of this blog post is WRONG!
