What do I need to get started with the CAP office? Where do I go? 600 N Dewey Ave., Suite 100. Oklahoma City, OK 73102. When should I come? Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. What do I need if I’m enrolling in a class? 20 Enrollment fee (For clients enrolling in classes). Documentation (Any paperwork received from the court, probation officers, assessors, or attorneys pertaining to the CAP office.). What do I need for drug testing services only? Drug Test Referral form.

The Court Assistance Programs offers several testing schedules for clients. We will accept walk-in clients during designated hours which can be determined by calling our main office number. We also offer a random drug testing plan that is set up on a color code system. This must be arranged in the office during business hours. The Color Code Hotline number is (405) 602-8748.
