I was accepted into the american film institute conservatory to study and practice production design for film! So that means i was going to move to los angeles, and we would have to finish the major renovations to the house as quickly and budget-minded as possible! The surrounding drywall needs to be repainted and the entire area needs a good cleaning- a bleach solution and mold preventative. The utility sink needs to be replaced and we could make better use of the space below the stairs and around the folding table. See the entire First Floor Layout. We painted the walls “Fall Leaves” by Valspar but in certain light it looks too much like baby food- reminds me of smashed squash. We plan to repaint soon. We also painted the trim white, removed the window AC unit, and replaced the curtains with new white blinds from Lowes. The dining table and chairs were pieces we already had.
