I did a small-scale version as this was for a 6 year old. I really want to make a nice, big colorful bag for myself like Lucy did. I chose hot pink and black to match the Hello Kitty theme of the party. I did add some flowers, at the last minute, so I didn't get a picture of the final version with flowers. but here's a look at the purse. Halloween, Part I.

Well, I looked around for patterns and decided to combine two elements that I found to make up my own scarf. I couldn't think of a clever name for it, so until then it's just the simple crisscross scarf! I really like it! I use the cross-dc method (not really sure what it's called! I know I've mentioned it in my last post, but this week I have embarked on a new journey. Last week, I started my first week-long residency of an MBA program in Pharmaceutical Management. There's no turning back now! Actually, once I submitted my $1000 non-refundable deposit, I knew there was no turning back, but being back in the classroom makes it that much more real. One down, 16 more to go!
