I have done six total workouts in the last two weeks which falls short of my goal of working out 4 hours a day. As someone who chooses to do his workouts completely sober now, I feel the difficulty of being physically active and adopting it as a lifestyle. After an hour, my body feels beat and exhausted. I will keep you guys updated on my progress. June 19, 2015.
