Friday, September 26, 2014. 12 medjool dates, pits removed. 1 cup almond butter. 188; cup Raw Honey. 188; cup Unsweetended Shredded Coconut. 189; cup Coconut Cream Concentrate. 3 apples, cored and thinly sliced. 3 tablespoons Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil. 189; cup walnuts, roughly chopped. 188; cup Raw Honey. 2 tablespoons Coconut Cream Concentrate. Put crust ingredients in an 8×8 or 9×9 glass baking dish, press down until evenly distributed. Cut into squares and serve! 1 teaspoon coconut ghee/or oil.
