It’s inspiration was my sisters, in my notes page of my phone I wrote down little things that I wanted to tell them (as we’re all living our healthiest lives), then it took on a life of it’s own and now, well, its a really long list! You will feel like a fool. You will look like a fool. Missing a box jump and scraping your leg down the side of the box HURTS.
