Switch the CTA bus functions to use the API. Provided directly now by the CTA Bustracker. Had been using a reverse engineered interface. New side effect is that multiple routes for a stop will be shown if just the stop id is provided. (bus 1122 for instance). Updated getWeather to report any error messages returned by weather underground.
