We're trying our best to get as much practice and training in at the moment. We ventured out on our bikes last weekend around the South Wales coastline. Sunday was unexpectedly sunny and our noses managed to catch the sun. and 6 hours later struggled home. On the basis of this, fingers crossed America is downhill!
