Dancing with the Fireflies. Wednesday, March 23, 2011. As I write this afternoon, my heart is heavy for my friend Jen. So many of us have been affected by Jen's recent diagnosis of Leukemia. We are in shock and disbelief. We are either family, friend, co-worker or casual acquaintance. Whatever your relation to Jen, she is special to each of us. Jen, we are seeking His face on your behalf. We will stay at His feet and we will wait, yes, we will wait upon the Lord, for He is mighty to save.

They learned what a mammal is, and how animals protect themselves while under attack. They each made their own animal notebook, filling out pages for each of the animals they learned about. We Don't Eat Bugs. Tuesday, January 29, 2013. I gave away just about every cleaning product in my house yesterday. It feels great. After watching the documentary Chemerical. Plus the financial savings! I cleaned my bathrooms and floors yesterday, and dusted the furniture. I only used various combinations of water, vinegar, baking soda, lemon juice, and washing soap. I didn't have a single headache that I usually do while cleaning, and my house is squeaky clean without the worry of toxic fumes.
