They were staying at the Arizona Biltmore and wanted to get together! I picked them up at the airport and then took them to their hotel. Wow, what a place, with a name like Biltmore I expected something special and it was! One of the Lobby Christmas trees. A view down the lobby area. Big Christmas tree in front of the hotel. And the fun begins.

Retired Life.we're planning to enjoy it! Tuesday, September 3, 2013. 2013 Voskuhl Family Reunion/Surprise Birthday Party. Of the 11 siblings that my Dad was a member of only 5 are still with us. Aunt Delores, Aunt Joanie, Uncle Lou, Aunt Angie and Aunt Charlotte or as Aunt Joanie calls them the "5 Old Voskuhl's". Well I call them a treasure! It was so awesome having all 5 of them at the party - I personally haven't seen all 5 of them in 5 years and that, unfortunately, was at my brother Jim's funeral.

My nephew and godson Kenny got married so we went to Wilder, KY for the wedding and we had a great weekend. Liz and Kenny on the singing bridge over the Ohio river. Mary T dancing with her son. Ken and Mary boogieing on the dance floor! Then it's back home for some more fun! We pretty much had the gym to ourselves. Kallie enjoying the balance beam. Grandpa tea...

Since only 2 of us were going we decided to do an "all inclusive" instead of a time share - you see when we do the time share, we usually have to do all of our own cooking and drink mixing and that works fine when there are 6 of us but with 2 it was going to be a lot of work so all inclusive was that way to go! The first thing that got a giggle out of me was that we had to pay a $10.00 (cash only) fee to enter the Dominican Republic!
