Best of all, it is super easy to make. So, here you go. the Absolutely Divine Banana Muffin! Soften the butter @ room temperature for approx. an hour. Toast walnut at 120C for 8 10mins. Set aside to cool. Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder together. Cream butter and sugar till it light and fluffy.

Best Sugee Cookie (Not so traditional). 300g Castor Sugar (or substitute with 360g Icing Sugar). 1-1/4 tsp Sea Salt (do NOT omit this . without salt, your cookies will taste flat). 3 4 Egg Yolk, lightly beaten. 470g Top Flour / Superfine Flour. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract. 1/2 tsp Almond Extract (optional). 1 tsp Baking Soda. Sift flour and baking soda. Add in ground almond, Mix well. Add 200g dried cranberries.
