Originally from Sicily, Gianni grew up with Mario Caramella. Voted the best Italian chef in Asia, and trained under Mario Musoni, one of the greatest chefs in Northern Italy. In addition to running Dolcipani, he also teaches baking at Wiltshire College, Trowbridge, and cookery at Vaughan's Kitchen Cookery School in Devizes. Gianni cooks live on the app Periscope as The Jazz Baker.

Ingredienti per 4 persone : 400 gr.di pasta tipo chitarra o tagliatelline,300 gr. di polpo lessato,2/3 di olio evo,50 gr.di guanciale, prezzemolo,1 spicchio d'aglio,3 zucchine,basilico,30 gr.di pinoli,2/3 cucchiai di parmigiano,sale q.b. Domenica 26 novembre 2017. Regali nell'aria.la tisana in barattolo.
