And that happened for us this weekend; Tyler Crosson ventured from NOLA to stay with us, and the anticipation and excitement leading up to his arrival did not disappoint! Small town life of a preacher, a teacher and two babies. Tuesday, September 9, 2008. These are a few of my favorite things that i've had the opportunity to do today:. Catch" my husband doing his quiet time at the kitchen table. Hear our little girl cooing over the baby monitor as she wakes up. Help my students who come. To work on their assignments. Enjoy a cafeteria corn dog for lunch. Watch some of my students actually "get into" an assignment in class. Help my students who stay. Go to bed before 11pm.

These are pictures from when we visited the pumpkin patch with Grammie and dressed up for Trunk or Treat at FBC. My mom hit the nail on the head when she said, "wow! What a difference a year makes! Betsy is growing and changing so much every day, and we're having such a great time tagging along with her! Where did you make this video? She is so precious!

Sunday, April 19, 2009. I know I haven't blogged in awhile but I have been really busy. I am now working at my girls school with 2nd grade SPED and LOVE it! I always knew God had a reason for placing Lacey in my life and know with my new career I totally understand why! Haley is cheering and still getting ready for her state shooting team competition. Lacey is just Lacey lol, loving life and showing the world how amazing kids with DS are! I just love my girls! Random Survey - just for fun! A wet wipe box.

Monday, February 16, 2009. Here lately I feel like I am so busy that I can't seem to find time for me! Does that sound remotely familiar to anyone else? This Thursday Feb. 19 it will be my 32nd birthday and I am wondering where has 32yrs gone. I look at my girls and I know where the best part of it was but what have I done with the rest of it? Saturday, February 14, 2009. Well Lacey has been in big girl panties at school since Christmas and has only had a few accidents. Our only obstacle was that she wouldn't poo-poo on the potty :( Well this past week she has been doing sooo good! It is so funny cause Lacey's ped told me to just ease into it with her and don't push or she would hate going to the potty. So that is just what I did and now we are POTTY TRAINED!
