Managerially, Claudia was a Team Manager in a clinic based multidisciplinary team, and the Deputy Team Manager of the Outreach into Education Service, which involved coordinating therapeutic and consultation input into several pupil,referral units (for children and young people excluded from mainstream school). She supervised clinicians within her own discipline as well as Clinical Psychologists, Family Therapists and an Art Therapist within these teams.
