Sweet Victory - The World of Dr. Seussie. Sep 15th, 2007 02:26 pm. Once I came off the thing I felt it all in my butt and my legs. Wow! I worked on my lower body after that and I increased the heaviness of the weights during my workout. I know this will make me want to eat more, so with this, I burned around 85 calories. My walk to and from the gym and tonight's walk to and from Tony Romas will total 4600 steps and I will have burned close to 250 calories.

On the elliptical I did 65 minutes on the cross training course, I think I managed to do 8100 strides and burn approximately 540 calories. I did another 10 minutes on the elliptical but I just did the manual and I burned about 79 calories and I may have done about 1000 strides. I woke up with sore shoulders this morning from working on my upper body yesterday and I really didn't want to go to the gym. I can't believe I went though and I was there for about 2 hours (like usual). I think I'm addicted to going often, it's like I get a high. I was on this course for 33 minutes, I burned about 340 calories with 4300 steps. So I worked for another 10 minutes on resista...

I'd never thought of having lunch here until my boyfriend asked about it. I remember going to this place when it had a different name it was a Greek restaurant in the late 80s early 90s, a friend of mine had taken me to that place.

Usually we end up with cheap pizza cause we can't decide (or Gondola's which is alright but I'm kinda sick of it.). Restrictions: Not OVERLY expensive, takes credit card, delivery avail. to our area (Route 90 between Dublin and Notre Dame). Anyone got any decent ideas for something different or just really good? Jul 24th, 2006 @ 03:28 pm. My question for today is this: Tomorrow is my 2 year wedding anniversary and we want to go somewhere reasonably priced, tasty and close to home (Ft.Rouge) any suggestions? The only real restriction is that my husband can't handle. Spicy things, but other than that it's all good. It doesn't have to have a hugely romantic atmosphere, but some place that doesn't feel like a cafeteria (like Daily Burger) would be nice. July 24th, 2006 09:16 pm (UTC).
