La scorsa volta ho parlato dell'application form, dimenticandomi però di dire che c'è un foglio da far compilare al medico in inglese, sono 2 pagine che attestano il mio stato di salute oppure evidenziano eventuali problemi, ed ho appuntamento con la mia dottoressa domani alle 16.20. Non lo faranno mai! Mi ha detto che per poter prendere tale decision...
