Being in Galveston for Thanksgiving has reminded me how much I like being next to the ocean (the gulf in this instance). I know that this is a pipe dream, but I need to end up somewhere that is close to the water. Ideally, Hawaii or Mexico would be the place I end up, but I'm not picky. I think my aversion to the "holiday" has to do with the fact that I never had a traditional Halloween while growing up.
