In fact I purposely make extra dal sometimes to make these for the next day breakfast! Whole Wheat Flour : 1 Cup. Cooked Toor Dal : 3/4 Cup. Cooked Rice : 1/2 Cup [Optional]. Onion : 1/4 Cup.
