http://dunhagan_gardening.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
A periodic rambling description of the homesteading activities at Dun Hagan. Sunday, January 28, 2007. A Work In Progress. Speaking of pulling, in spite of marauding chickens and the depredations of insects in our hither to now warm winter the turnips are still producing. I pulled these tonight. David's Garden Place: Growing Red
http://planesandplants.blogspot.com/2011/05/growing-red.html
Tuesday, May 10, 2011. It occurred to me the other day that just about everything I've planted in the garden this year has been some variety of a red something or other. Not sure how that happened and I certainly did not plan it that way. Red cabbage, red foliated cotton, red onion, cherry tomato, sweet potatoes and watermelon are all in the garden and all, with the exception of the sweet taters, are either growing red or will produce a red fruit.
