Marmalade Redux... - Gone away

Jun 22nd, 2009 at 9:25 PM. So, after about a week the marmalade never set and showed no signs of doing so. So I googled and read and googled some more and tried to decide the best method to take in order to attempt to repair the unset marmalade and see if I could make it a recovery effort. Recovery effort seems to have worked. Oh well, I now have lots of honey lemon marmalade (which is rather tart, but I like that) and I bought a bunch of oranges to try and make real orange marmalade this week.

Marmalade (thoughts and observations). Jun 19th, 2009 at 10:31 AM. Ingredients (version 1.0):. 8 Cups of sliced lemons (about 20 lemons, reserve the pips and pulp). 5 Cups of water (first day). 2 Cups of water (second day). 4 Cups of Sugar. 2 Cups of Honey (Buckwheat or a dark honey is nice). 1 Box of pectin (2 oz per box). Specifically, now under library-music EVERYTHING is showing up. TV show's I've bought, movies, etc. Two hours ago, under the MUSIC label, only music showed up, now everything is there. But under the MOVIES, TV SHOWS, PODCASTS, etc. tabs directly under the library, they are all just those files. Apple - Mac OS X.
