Anyway we arrived home to Kent dog-less and our very keen and informative neighbours were quick to tell us that the person who had rented out our house had two dogs who barked all day long. And the lady who gave me my holistic massage said the base of my spine was really hot compared with the rest of my back and that was because I was unsettled and on edge from all of the moving. Ever since I became interested in Living the Big Life I have been warned by various people who follow the macrobiotic way that it won’t be an easy journey. I shrugged this idea off when I first began. Of course, I could see how chopping and preparing vegetables every Sunday afternoon in an effort to keep things easy and on track during the week could be irritating – what did you do on Sunday? Måndag och ny vecka! Känns lite smått omotiverande när vi startar upp veckan med snö, efter att ha haft helt fantastiskt väder igår.
