A great WordPress.com site. Personal trainer in training! Wow it’s been 3 months since I started this blog! As far as my health and fitness goals go, I’ve been chugging along. I wouldn’t say I’ve been completely successful but that’s okay. But I have some exciting news! A great WordPress.com site. 3 months goals update. So at the beginning of this journey I posted some goals that were semi SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound). I think I had all of those except time bound. So let’s see how I’m doing (comments on goals in red). I am at about 22% body fat and I would like to lower that to around 18%. At about 21.5% now, which doesn’t seem like much of a difference, but my poundage is less (see below) so maybe it’s the scale? Try to cut out process...

A great WordPress.com site. My day in photos. These were taken 2 months apart. No special dieting but just worked out almost everyday and tried to control portion sizes. Here we are at the start. So my goals as I continue this fitness journey are:. I am at about 22% body fat and I would like to lower that to around 18%. New target weight of 125 (I’m at about 131lbs right now). Some definition in my abs. Lose all love handles on my back. Train for a marathon or triathalon. Add more veggies to my diet.
